Frequently Asked Questions

We use an environmentally friendly and nontoxic cleaning solution as a pre-spray. This solution will be used on your entire carpet to soften up tough dirt and oily soils that have built up over time. We rake and agitate the fibers breaking up the carpet as much as possible. We then use a powerful truck-mounted carpet cleaning machine to extract dirt, leaving only a soft, fresh, and clean carpet.

What cleaning methods do we use?

We offer a protectant seal that we apply for a cleaner and softer finish long after your carpet is cleaned. Protectant gives your carpet an invisible shield or a blanket that will make it easy for you to eliminate soil built up over time through your vacuuming. It also penetrates deep into your carpet’s fiber coating to improve its overall resistance to stains.

How do I protect my carpets from stains?

What is dry time and can I walk on freshly cleaned carpet?

Our dry times range from 8- 10 hours. We have air movers that we place around the rooms to get as much airflow as possible to increase our dry times. YES, you can walk on your carpets. We highly recommend clean socks or house slippers that don’t have any soils on them to track anything back on the carpets. We also recommend placing a towel on the floors of any hard surfaces to prevent any accidents when coming off of the carpets.

We recommend getting the carpets professionally cleaned once a year. Depending on the high traffic you may be getting you might need the carpets cleaned three times a year which is the case for some families with kids and dogs. Most of our customers have us come by every six months.

How often should I get my carpet cleaned?

Silverdale, Bremerton, Poulsbo, Port Orchard, Belfair, Gig Harbor, Shelton, University Place, Port Townsend, Port Ludlow, Olalla, Kingston, Hansville, Union, Allyn, Suquamish, Seabeck, Tahuya, Vashon
